Flying Without a Net
Moon is (mostly) in Pisces + it's Jupiter's day: Which dream are you done dreaming? What's next? Can you see the bigger picture?
it's thursday, july 17, & moon is in pisces, in the starspace (pie slice of pisces sky) called revatī. moon's transit through revatī, & thus pisces, ends rather abruptly at 4 p.m. MDT. this hard stop is the boundary between pisces & aries & is hard b/c there's no starspace, i.e., nakshatra, to ease its journey from pisces into aries, which means our mind/consciousness is likewise unsupported, like an aerialist without a net.
this is a liminal space where karmic issues might appear out of the dark like ghosts from our past, not to spook us but to give us an opportunity to resolve them, say "boo" to & vanish them once & for all.
since pisces is the last sign of the natural zodiac & aries is the first, we can ask ourselves what door gets to close so another can open, what chapter is over so we can write a new one.
pisces is the dream state, aries the waking state; pisces death, aries birth: what dream might it be time to stop dreaming so you can rebirth yourself?
revatī means "wealthy" or "abundant" (materially or spiritually) & is ruled by pushan, who governs the auspicious time between sun's (seeming!) death & rebirth, the darkness right before the dawn. pushan guides our way on & protects us as we traverse that time/space of utter stillness, the magic dark out of which something new is born.
it's the eighth lunar day (tithi), the eighth phase of the waning moon, when moon is half & half—half dark, half light—when the forces of chaos & order, destruction & creation might be duking it out to find balance, come to a state of equilibrium, live in harmony with each other. which means we may experience some inner conflict as well as our shadow & our light vie for dominance.
the key to this turmoil is that there is no darkness without light, no creation without destruction—they are codependent, but in a good way. it's best to sit with & resolve, make peace with, these opposing forces, get them to shake hands & share a cup of tea; leave important decisions or actions for another day.
thursday is jupiter's day. he gives us the superpower to see the big picture, which comes from his wisdom. it's a good day to honor those who have given us wisdom & to dive into wisdom sources, into material that uplifts, shines a light on our life.
TL;DR
one door closes so another can open. • pushan, the cosmic shepherd, guides & supports our way on. • it’s a good day to harmonize our own forces of darkness & light, not make decisions or take actions. • read scripture, listen to an uplifting podcast.
& that’s your daily bliss! IN-joy!🌗🙏✨
