If I Could Turn Back Time ...
Moon is in Aries + it's Mars' day = double Mars energy: Boldly go where you've never gone before & do watch your anger index.
it's tuesday, january 7, & moon is in aries, in the starspace (pie slice of aries sky) called ashwini. aries vibrates with the frequency of birth, & rebirth (cause, um, we've all already been born), of starting over with courage & inspiration. aries creates an entrepreneurial environment in which we feel emboldened to go for it. "no great thing is created suddenly, any more than a bunch of grapes or a fig," said epictetus, "no great thing is created suddenly, any more than a bunch of grapes or a fig. if you tell me that you desire a fig, i answer that there must be time. let it first blossom, then bear fruit, then ripen." epictetus, a slave turned philosopher, knew a thing about how each positive action step eventually but inevitably adds up, about giving a fig. give a fig & step boldly forward into your future.
ashwini brings a lesson about how we use our life force, whether, for example, we say yes to too many things & thus waste it. what is drawing your attention? is it serving you or wasting your energy?
it's the ninth lunar day (tithi), the ninth phase of the waxing moon, which can be the most emotionally challenging day & make us feel introverted. not a problem if you're an introvert like me, who was born on the ninth tithi, lol! if not, try to enjoy a wee break from sociability, see what gifts it might yield.
tuesday is ruled by fiery mars, who also rules aries & as you know by now, isn't in his happy place & isn't going to be for quite a while, which means he's prone to frustration & anger for various reasons. how long (or short!) is your fuse? are you slow or quick to anger? on a recent-ish "we can do hard things" podcast with cher (yes, that cher!) the topic of anger came up & cher actually had to consult her assistant (or whoever was in the room with her) to jog her memory about the last time she was angry. which turned out to be over a decade ago! seriously?! talk about a looooooong fuse! alas, we can't turn back time & take back words we may utter in the heat of anger, so best to keep matches a safe distance away if we've got short fuses.
TL;DR
give a fig & go for it. • ask yourself if you are saying yes to too many things. • take a wee break from sociability. • if you don’t have a long fuse like cher, keep matches a safe distance away!
& that’s your daily bliss! IN-joy! 🌓🙏✨
