The Heart of Our Darkness
Libra Moon today, New Moon in Scorpio tomorrow night: Examining & releasing, if necessary, attachments that don't align us with our divine spark.
it's friday, november 29, & moon is in libra, in the starspace (the pie slice of libra sky) called vishakha, but/& we have a new moon tomorrow night in scorpio, in the starspace called anuradha, & it just might be a doozy, so lots to cover!
vishakha (plz see wednesday's & thursday's posts for the 411 on libra) reminds us that while there may seem to be two paths in life—the material & the spiritual—it's not necessarily so. i mean, if you're not meditating 24/7 in a cave in india, & if you're reading this post, you are probs trying to walk the middle path, keep a roof over your head & food in the fridge while staying connected to the divine spark within. ideally your spirituality infuses into your material pursuits & your material pursuits support your spiritual ones. how's that going?
the new moon occurs in the heart of scorpio, which is the heart of our darkness, where we are most emotionally-mentally-psychically vulnerable, discombobulated, where our shadow comes out to play, our triggers get triggered hard. scorpio is the natural eighth house of the zodiac, the house of sudden, unexpected events that shake our world, destabilize us, but/& also give us the gift of transformation ... if we have the courage to be with that discomfort (if we can be comfortable with it, so much the better!).
anuradha invites us to ask who & what we are devoted to & whether it is/they are serving our highest expression of self, bringing us closer to god, to our godliness, our divinity, or the opposite. retrograde mercury is also in scorpio, giving us an opportunity to reflect on our attachments & release what no longer serves so we can move forward as the moon waxes.
also in the mix: saturn & jupiter are gazing at the moon & sun in scorpio, & mars, who rules scorpio, is in moon's sign of cancer. even tho this means they are empowering each other, they are both in their least happy places, & mars is connected to our nervous system, which means more potential to get triggered. let's not be trigger happy!
meanwhile, it's venus' day, so let's do nourish ourselves by doing what we love with the ones we love, top ourselves up so we're well-resourced to deal with the new moon energy.

TL;DR
don’t be trigger happy! rather, have the courage to use triggers as pointers to show you who & what may or may not be serving your highest interests. & do do what you love with the ones you love to keep yourself nourished so triggers will have less impact.
& that’s your daily bliss! IN-joy! 🌑🙏✨
